RHD Enterprises, Inc. is an 8(a) and HUBZone certified, minority woman-owned, full service licensed general contractor specializing in federal government, commercial and industrial construction. We provide various services including marine and subsea construction, pre-engineered metal buildings, modular facilities, laboratory modernizations, and environmental remediation. We also offer a full design/build service and have developed relationships with local architectural and engineering firms that have extensive experience in federal government contracting and have designed and built projects on all the local bases.
